I got bored in church one Sunday morning and started writing down words that ended in "orious" whether they were real or improvised. A few days later I started at the top of the list and this is the results.

I was feeling rather victorious
in my use of the word metaphorius.
Not that I know what metaphorius
means any more than melaphorius.
The room was becoming quite sonorious
as I expanded upon the theme odorious.
My attempt to explain, although laborious
was a mite less than valorious,
and soon became uproarious.
Hark, the Brontosaurious
is waxing amorious.
And there absconds my mood languorious
resulting in vainglorious, bangorious rigamortious.

ah a fellow word nerd! I enjoy word play and my mind sometimes strays to random connections--so I relate.
